Pay for conversations, not seats you never fill.

• Your plan's allowance is spent first. A top-up is only touched once a limit is actually reached, so one bought in a quiet month costs you nothing until you need it.
• Valid for a year from the day it clears, and it never renews. A top-up cannot turn itself into a recurring charge.
• Available on any paid plan. During the free trial you switch to a bigger plan instead — that costs nothing and your trial clock does not move.
• Priced above the plan rate on purpose. If busy months become the normal month, moving up a plan works out cheaper.
• Knowledge sources, products, product images, and file storage cannot be topped up. They are standing totals, so deleting what you no longer need frees the room straight away.

Top-ups are charged in rupees through Safepay, the same as your plan.
