These Terms & Conditions (“Terms”) govern your access to and use of Raabta AI’s website, products, and services. By accessing or using Raabta AI, you agree to be bound by these Terms.

If you are using the service on behalf of a company, you represent that you have authority to bind that organization to these Terms.

Raabta AI is a platform for building WhatsApp automation workflows powered by custom retrieval-augmented generation (RAG) pipelines. Features may include knowledge ingestion, conversation routing, analytics, and integrations with third-party tools.

We may update, suspend, or discontinue parts of the service at any time. We will make reasonable efforts to notify customers of material changes that affect active use.

When you create an account or submit information through our site, you agree to:

• Provide accurate and up-to-date information.
• Keep login credentials confidential and notify us of unauthorized access.
• Ensure that content you upload or connect — including documents, FAQs, and customer data — is lawfully obtained and authorized for use in automated conversations.

You may not use Raabta AI to:

• Send spam, deceptive messages, or content that violates applicable laws or WhatsApp policies.
• Harass, abuse, or impersonate others.
• Upload malware, attempt unauthorized access, or interfere with platform operations.
• Process sensitive personal data without appropriate legal basis, consent, or safeguards.
• Reverse engineer, resell, or misuse the service in ways not permitted by your agreement with us.

Raabta AI and its branding, software, documentation, and underlying technology remain our property or that of our licensors. You retain ownership of the content and data you provide.

You grant us a limited license to host, process, and display your content solely to operate and improve the service for you.

The service is provided on an “as is” and “as available” basis. We do not warrant uninterrupted or error-free operation, nor that AI-generated responses will always be accurate or suitable for every use case.

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Raabta AI shall not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or for loss of profits, data, or goodwill arising from your use of the service.

Our total liability for any claim relating to the service is limited to the amount you paid us for the service in the twelve months preceding the claim, or one hundred US dollars if no fees were paid.

You may stop using the service at any time. We may suspend or terminate access if you violate these Terms, create security or legal risk, or fail to pay applicable fees.

Upon termination, your right to use the service ends. Provisions that by nature should survive — including intellectual property, disclaimers, and limitations of liability — will remain in effect.

We may revise these Terms from time to time. The “Last updated” date at the top of this page reflects the latest version. Continued use after changes take effect constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
